HoloAudio Titanis 800 mA Advanced Active USB processor 

This product unfortunately is no longer available. An alternative is the UpTone Audio ISO REGEN USB reconditioner ( • UpTone Audio ISO REGEN... ).
In contrast to most USB filters the Titanis reprocesses the USB signal, according to manufacturers website. Two versions are available, one with an output current of 300mA and one with 800 mA output. The latter is on review here.
