Kydex can also be cleaned with soap and water if it gets very dirty, but be careful to make sure it’s dried well. The holster doesn’t care about being wet, but the mounting hardware will eventually start collecting rust if left wet.
I wouldn’t. Any gun oil that won’t drip out will collect dust even worse than a dry holster would. Best thing is to just keep it clean and accept that some wear is inevitable.
