What about all the new FR50 characters? For me at least the question is are they worth the enhancement points and ingots/books if I already have their gear but not maxed out.
So wild to see Lunafreya, a character that was once a "YOU MUST PULL HER" type of thing now can be safely skipped and you won't be missing much Power creep really is a marvelous thing
Luna I already have so the upgrade is nice if anything, Snow I'll try to ticket for his FR since I have the rest of his kit, Relm I had to pull because she's FFVI, Kain is also a nice upgrade Ignis I tried getting his BT with tickets but couldn't, so I'll probably just token it later, and the only other character I want is Cissnei but I might throw some looks at Arciela
Okay, I respect your thoughts about tiers... But I am having VERY bad luck on Ingis's Force and Burst while is on tighter budget of gems... I rechecked future timeline and he will be returned... in a long while, so is it possible to survive without his Force that long enough and let gem-pulls (if unlucky from pink and free multipulls) take care on Leonora (for her whole kit)? I may plan to use blue-tickets on Cissinei for her Force and exchange BT tokens for her BT if unobtained at end? Let me know, thanks!
My tierlist is subjective. Even though I put Ignis on top, he's NOT a must pull. If you want to gem Leonora and skip Ignis, that's fine! Upcoming fights are easy enough. Same goes for Cissnei. If you already have units like Weiss or Dorgann, then she can be skipped. You don't need these two to survive the era. If you're on tight budget, it's alright to save up for favorites and skip banners you don't care about~
@@Theologica Easy to say than done because if I do skip too much, the "difficulty" in DFFOO will become "very harder" than "easy enough". Trust me, I had hard time on Record Keeper when skipped (or failed to obtain) new weapons/abilities before I retired it to DFFOO (so i could focus one gacha easily). And I do not have Weiss' Burst (yet) and also not MLBed yet, but i do have Dorgann... would he alone be good enough? Also, I just watched your video of mono-color and ticket, nice run! But unfortunately, she is not bronze... haha... =/
Just for the fact that Leonora is the only fr charger in black she is must pull, even if only at fr level yda on the other hand for me is you decide, all dps can be putted there at some point when you have already good dps or off turns teams in every colors, i skipped Astos and Quina and i really did not suffered from this so don't let the urge to pull a dps get in your head and remember, in a off-turn meta unit vs a on-turn one the off-turn will always be of better value Cissnei is obv a must pull, ignis has the misfortune to be in the red color, where aerith it's already a best but you know what they say, a support with damage is more future proof of a pure dps, if you have max uw dagger i think he is worth pull (atm i don't have it so skip for me), when i see a supp that can't fr charge like Arciela (or do good damage if this is missed) i cringe so hard, she is a safe skip, don't get fooled, better to pull someone like kain at that point, unique off damage dealer for the fact that he leaves the field and this can create new team build option, all the rest are safe skips and then, there is jessie and she is not in the you decide tier it's in the waifu material tier lol
right now i spend only on Leonora but im looking for Arciela, she was 1 of the first pg i complete in this game when i start it but im not shure to skip Cisnei even if i have all other follow up pg.
I will be interessed by Cissnei and maybe Ignis. I do liked Jessie and Leonora but it's depending of the pull result ^^; (i have 75 premium tickets) However, i will full pity pull Arciela ! (I love her ❤ despite i love Penelo even more ❤❤❤)
You've been too harsh on Yuna. She is a super charger (everyone was doing for Deuce last week...). She has a damage comparable to Jessie, and even if you want to use her as a pure DPS she deals around 10% higher damage than Jessie. And she is a support... Jessie is a "you decide" and Yuna a "safe skip"? I think it should be the other way...
I'm so glad their dropping another spiritus event before Arciela. I've been meaning to gun for both hers and Ignis's full kits and I was worried I wouldn't be able to replenish my resources for the other. Am hoping to get Leonora's full kit as well purely for crystal quest purposes but I'm not quite sure whether I really want to get her. Good luck to everyone trying to pull for supports galore
If you're unsure about Leonora, then it's probably safe to skip. Black crystal is strong enough without Leonora, especially if you have Astos and Quina. Good luck with your pulls!
1. Leonora - Favorite from TAY (and why I hate that Luca was implied in Rydia's BT animation). Leaning on gems. 2. Ignis - Second favorite from XV (after Prompto, still waiting for his BT FT 😭), tickets and hoping for kindness. 3. Yda - FFXIV so must pull. Deciding between Cissnei and Jessie. I like both of their kits, but I only have Jessie up to EX (no LD) while Cissnei is fully built. I still had fun using Jessie though. Arciela will depend on resources when she arrives. Free upgrades for Yuna, Lunafreya and Kain!
Man GLB dffoo going in super strong for the month of November. I agree with your list = Yda, Cissnei, Aricella I heard are must pulls, not sure about ignis, Lenora seems interesting as well. I’ll throw a few tickets at Relm but not going all in on her. Thanks for the video.

Putting mah gurl in You Decide is one hell of a hottake. Arciella is pure 🔥 and best RDM *Edit: tickets for Leonora & Snow, gems for Arciella and Cissnei. I'd like to get Ignis but gotta budget. Same with Yda (I'm pretty set on DPS for now anyway) Honestly just sad that Snow Yuna and Kain didn't get stronger reworks. At least Kain's FR isn't a meme anymore.
Lol, I was ready for a comment from you when I placed Arciela there!!! xD I'd rank her higher if we didn't already have Fujin/Weiss. She's great, but existing options are strong too. Hence the placement. As for Kain, his rework is "hidden" behind his BT update (he gets a bit more self cap up). Kain's really quite strong. Instant turn FR Echo into Double Jump.
@@Theologica Yeah but they didn't touch his off-turn which is the main reason people use him. At least going into his BT phase will be much stronger if he's the main DPS for some reason
I think I'm using Gems on Ignis and Arciela only. Ignis is a no brainer, Arciela because I love her animation and she's quite good. Yda is strong but I have so many physical dpt already. I might have to use Gems on Leonora too, just because I used all my tickets on Kadaj (unsuccessfully) and I at least want her EX/LD to keep my roster completed.
Another comment, I was truly hyped for Ignis, but once I realized that his damage comes from his EX, and he has no means to refill it... Once I calculated his damage on my spreadsheet, he is not that good, damage even lower than Deuce as a pure DPS. It's even close to Yuna's damage (only 7% higher). Yda on the other hand is a bit better, just 86% damage Astos, better than Aranea, and 19% better than Ignis.
