The final moments of yesterday's All Ireland Final as broadcast on RTE Radio One with accompanying video from the RTE 2 televised broadcast. Matthew McMahon brought us the famous 'Jesus, Mary and Joseph' line on Clare FM in 1995. Marty Morrissey has given us 'Holy Moses' in 2013!

been to a lot of sporting games in my time,but never,ever have i been so drained after one like the 8th of sept 2013. it was a rollercoaster and thank God for donal o donavan,it would have been nothing short of robbery had cork won that game..... imho of course

Nope it was the right call by the ref, Cork fucked themselves by deliberately taking too long with the sideline so the ref was entitled to add about 20-30 seconds after it which he did, nothin wrong with it Cork just kinda shot themselves in the foot,but I agree about the GAA being money hungry nowadays

Let it never be forgotten that if Moylan was not so very selfish & glory hunting going for a point instead of taking a quick short sideline to his team mate (on the bottom right hand corner of the screen) who surely would have pointed it-game over and Cork All Ireland Champions!

cherisecian12 stupid comment. He had every right to go for it. If he scored it would be game over. Couldn't turn down the chance to go two up. Main thing was put the ball dead in any case and the whole 15 players had to hold out for just one more play. And they failed as a unit

With the quality and entertainment on offer I wish there were ten replays. A ticket to yesterdays knockout all Ireland SFC 1/4 finals cost 25/35 euro, while a ticket to the meaningless exhibition match at the Aviva between Liverpool and A Bilbao cost 80 euro. Go figure.

And I suppose FIFA,the IRB etc. have no interest in money,eh? What that Clare hurler did at the end took serious courage, and Clare deserved that replay.
