My local Tuya stopped working after 2023 march update (or April) After wasting hours to fix it I gave up and rolled back and stopped updating my HA. Still waiting for a fix on local one.

I have not configured local Tuya on my install since I only have 2 devices. but i agree with you, local integration is the best option out there an I hope they fix it soon. If you have more devices you have to go with local.

Too bad that this official Tuya integration, it is only cloud based... This means that localtuya is still better....

Hi. That is strange. When do you receive the error? I have the devices added in smart life app and made the connections from there

on what step did it freeze? it worked without issues for me using smart life app on my phone (the device need to be already added in the app)
