Excellent review -- Thanks ! Being the "Atlanta Boy" that I am, I have been on the Pulte mailing list for some time, now. We really do like Sapphire Point.
Hello Lisa, I just stumbled on your channel and have subscribed. I love your content! We just broke ground on a Mattamy home in Sunrise Preserve. We are just getting started, but so far the experience has been terrific. I can check back later as we progress, but I just love the location and the amenities, plus their pricing was reasonable....comparitively speaking. The homes themselves seem a tick upscale too from a lower tier, with upgraded flooring, cabinets, hardware etc. and all masonry construction so you are spot on with your ranking.
Best Video I have seen great job. We just moved to FL, renting for now til the stupidity in RE ends and prices come down to rational levels again. This may take 1-2-3 years, but I am willing to be patient.
Great video. We love toll brother's. They are in Virginia. My wife wants a wolf oven and toll brother's use to have them as an option. The home in wellen park wasn't super expensive. It was similar to Taylor Morrison. 1.Toll brother Flora Elite 2.Taylor Morrison pallazio 3. MI homes Crystal 4. Divosta is our top 4 builders. We also liked Captiva model at Neal. I just didn't like the interior design elements.
I am familiar with Homes By Towne. A great builder, for sure! I just wanted to say that they do have base pricing in Lakehouse Cove, as far as I’m aware, that is less than $1 million. Although, you may have been including the lot and upgrades in your home pricing.
I have always really liked David Weekley homes so great about building with them. They do not do large subdivisions so their plans don’t feel so cookie cutter and also they put a few more additional touches in the home than other builders. I highly recommend.
Lisa, thanks for this info. This really helpful. Your thoughts on M/I Homes? Also, is it better for a 2 story in your area to be all block vs only block at the bottom?
I like M/I homes. They are building a new subdivision called Sweetwater that will be terrific. Also, I would recommend the entire building be block but this does not always happen.
I would never include Ryan homes on any list of reputable builders. All I ever see are issues from people that have bought one of their homes. Multiple, very costly issues are the norm and they do not stand behind their work (understandably so, it's garbage). I toured a model home years ago and it felt like a strong wind would take it down. I don't understand how they are still in business.
The neighborhoods closest to beaches will be in Palmer Ranch such as Talon Preserve or Sunrise Preserve. Skye Ranch is a good new subdivision and located off Clark Rd. It is about 20 minutes to Siesta Key Beach.
Can you clarify the meaning of a term you are using frequently? Elevation ? You say a particular builder elevates a home … are you speaking of amenities or ceiling height?😎😎😎
@@LivingInSarasota I did from February 2021 to last month. See had The Palmer model. We had a bad experience from the start with the construction managers. They don’t return your calls or show up to do any repairs. Higher ups are just pain rude and don’t give a darn. Emergency line is a joke to. Promise to call back but don’t.
