I found that traveling may help refresh the money part of the aspiration because there is a similar issue with the one home chef hustle aspiration but when I traveled it refreshed and counted. Hope this helps and I really love your sims content.

ooh i shall try it! edit: unfortunately didn't do anything and i think someone already warned me about it not going towards it on the old selling tables, so not surprising it also doesn't work on the new one

Most my sims do the family ones to help get them points! Woah that mushroom is humongous! 😱 Lmao to what you said about size not mattering but instead what you do with it being what matters! 🤣 I'm not sure if the breakdown is fully accurate as I sold a plate of 8 waffles but it only said 4 were sold but I had none left, so they were all sold 🤷‍♀️ Hope the travelling thing others have said has fixed it for you! 😊

I wonder if you can sell the nectar as individual glasses, like you have to with the lemonade

I think you were getting paid for one glass (out of four) the way the food sells per serving, except your whole bottle was being taken, thereby losing a ton of money.... If this is an issue, the Sims team needs to fix it!

That's what I noticed in game as well. I was wondering where the individual glasses were. It's a pity it doesn't seem to work with the nectar bottles like it does with lemonade. Also they weren't drinking it.
