Hey Foxx Squad! In today's video I am sharing my West Elm Harmony Sofa #2 Review. At the beginning of 2021 I decided to add new Home Decor to my family room. We wanted a sofa that is comfortable so we could cuddle up on it to watch tv in front of the fireplace. I was considering buying the Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa but decided to go for something less expensive but with the same comfort. I read dozens of reviews on different dupes and decided to go with the West Elm Harmony sofa after visiting their showroom and sitting on the couch. The reviews of the Harmony sofa were mostly positive and recommended buying the #WestElm sofa instead of the Restoration Hardware sofa. BUT, the first sofa that was delivered was horrible. A replacement was ordered, I was told it would be a month for the replacement to be delivered. Five months later my replacement sofa is finally being delivered. You have to watch to see the quality of furniture #WestElm is sending to customers.

Wow! I literally just watched to our video about the issues with the couch like 20 minutes ago. I was planning to order a sectional from them and now I’m not so sure😬 Finding a beautiful, yet comfy couch is so hard!

Thanks for the videos. This is the final straw for me. I heard nothing but horror stories from West Elm customer service and delivery delays. But now quality control issues too. And they raised their prices this last month by a few hundred. Harmony feels so comfortable in store, but I’m unwilling to play these games with them. Have you looked at Room & Board? Their metro collection looks nice and is comparable. And R&B actually had a very good reputation. I’m gonna go to a showroom this week to sit down in the Metro deep.

That’s exactly why I purchased the sofa, it was so comfortable in the showroom. Hopefully once the pandemic is over the quality of their merchandise will get back to par. I wouldn’t chance it now. I’ve never heard of Room & Board, I will definitely check out their website and reviews. Thank you so much for watching and for the recommendation ❤️

We bought a Harmony sofa from consignment and the header board broke shortly after. Can’t return as we bought it second hand. Also the pillows don’t work in the humid deep south because they become flat. I have re-stuffed the back cushions and I just need to re-stuff all the other pillows. They have to be thrown into the dryer to re-fluff.

Oh no! I still have the sofa with the bent frame but they gave me a full refund. The customer service was wonderful and let me keep the sofa until I find a new one so we don't have to sit on the floor. Today I will be uploading a video of me cleaning the "performance fabric" on the sofa. Notice performance is in quotations - lol. Thank you so much for watching and good luck with your next sofa.

@@RobbieFoxx12290605 the fabric washes really nicely. I think you will be pleased. I unzip all the covers and throw them in the washing machine and dryer. The feathers do escape though which is another issue. This couch could be a 10/10 if they could get it together.

if it was delivered perfectly without manufacturing issues, how will u rate this sofa? in terms of its looks( physical appearance in real) and comfort?

The sofa in the showroom was well constructed and extremely comfortable. The sofa I received was not comfortable at all. The cushions barely have any down filling. I ordered during the pandemic so more than likely they were short staffed. They’ve probably gotten back to the expected quality by now.

I can definitely see the dents and the dirt spots. If they have someone checking items before they get shipped then they had to have noticed. I'm sorry that it's been such an ordeal. I hope you find a much better sofa some time soon.

The sofa a 90 inches. The fabric is performance canvas white.

I ordered this sofa in September and delivery has been delayed three times. I really wish they would update their website with a more accurate wait time because this whole 12 week BS is way off and they know it! That being said, I’m so scared that it’ll get here and be crap quality. This is the first expensive (to me) piece of furniture I’ve purchased for myself and I thought at this price point it would be good quality. 😩

Dont hold your breath. Ordered mine in July and they keep pushing it back. About to cancel bc it's total bullshit. They dont even take the blame or are willing to find another option. Theyre having major internal issues.

Just watched - that is crazy and totally unacceptable! I know there is a shortage of help but if they can’t do better than this they should shut it down and stop expecting customers to pay for junk furniture - they have to know what this crap looks like before they ship it! It seems they don’t care!

Awwww, I’m so sorry about the sofa…what a bummer!!! They obviously don’t have a QC person there or maybe they do, they’re probably thinking it looks fine to them. It just isn’t a good quality made sofa & I know you paid good money for it. Well I’m along right with you for your sofa hunt…good luck!!!

I have ordered this 7 months ago and it still isnt in production yet. Ive been given the option to cancel and after your watching your video it makes me want to find something else. I feel so defeated! What crap. And dont even know where to look to not deal with more wait issues.

@@RobbieFoxx12290605 I am glad you got your refund. I ordered a custom made rug from West Elm and it came with a hole on the bag and there was a minor scratch on the bottom of the rug. Also looks different than pictures online. Wasn’t a cheap rug either. Took me 3 calls to get a refund. Thank goodness the 3rd sales rep didn’t ask me to call back again. I ordered a sofa and is arriving next week. Fingers crossed.
