Home Free has a series "From the Vault" - the behind the scenes filming of their videos. This is one of the episodes. As with all the episodes in the series, you not only get a look 'backstage' but also some insight into the actual mechanics of the filming. It doesn't hurt that they're usually funny & weird! BTW, they're the masters at inserting an acapella break in an acapella song!
I never noticed before, Adam is actually singing tenor backing, along with his brushes on cymbal transitions, since his basic '4 on the floor' is looped in. Great to see and hear..
That was Amazing, the two versions back to back, I loved it !!! From someone who has seen them live quite a few times these guys are just unbelievable live. The first time I saw them it was hard to believe that they could sound better than a recorded version. Austin leaving the group is just devasting to me, I very much understand and wish him great success and happiness. But I still do not want him to leave. At this time of my life their music has meant to much to me.
Thanks for the double feature. This is such a great song! I had not heard the original before Home Free did their version. Love that Chance takes the lead in it & like all the other guys parts too. This is a nostalgic song about memories from the past with some good & some not so good. But everything that happens to us shapes our life & the person we become.

thank you for doing both the live and the MV performances. Personally, I always prefer the live versions. They may not always be perfect but there is nothing like that organic excitement of seeing them live.
