They got me on the first one. I should have known. Those guys have such a great sense of humor and they released 3 songs on April Fools Day. Glad you included your reactions to the joke videos too.
Each member used the clothing choices from the video except Tim, he was an 80's punk look who apparently has been holding out on us with those awesome dance moves. We know Adam is a dancer, if you've watch some of his live performances you can see the moon walk and other moves he makes. Wasn't the April fools joke great, we all want them to do covers of them. The Heart Will Go On one was hilarious!

Confession time. When I saw the first three April Fools Day videos, I had no idea what was going on. They were super funny and I laughed through the whole thing, but I had no idea what Rick Rolled meant! I feel a little sad and nauseous (DP quote...haha) that I had to find out *after the fact* . Lyle, your laugh always makes it that much funnier. I do think I burned my retinas watching Austin dance. 😜😉😂
I love it when you like a video so much that you play it twice. I can't get enough of this one. Tim has really upped his dance game. I like to think Austin is the nerd who thinks he's gonna get all the girls.

Someone described Austin's dance moves as "White Guy At A Wedding". My personal take is the Rob's moves shall hereby be dubbed "Caddyshack Gopher Meets Wolfman Jack". Fabulous start to finish. I was doing show band stuff in the 80's (producing, arranging, performing) so every shot in here is a flashback I'd like to put in the rear view. Well done, people! Well done!

I've never loved being rickrolled so much. Rick Astley is part of my teen years soundtrack, and I still love this song. The whole thing was awesome, but Austin stole the show with the denim-on-denim, the hair sprayed into a guy's version of Mall Hair (no doubt held in place by Aqua Net hairspray), and those dance moves. THOSE DANCE MOVES. (And also the cat that suddenly appeared in the background, completely unbothered by Austin's White Guy Dancing moves.)
When I was a young actress in the 80s, I had a film producer boyfriend, much older than me and (I thought) very sophisticated. Then we went to a film industry party and I saw him dance for the first time. Austin has captured the style completely, otherwise known as the Spastic. I refused ever to see the unfortunate man ever again. Quite a shock to see it again. Great reaction.
I always get so excited when I see you are reacting to another Home Free song!!! You have the greatest sense of humor and just get our guys!! Hahaha yep, Home Free nailed it again. An ode to Rick Astley with the hairdos, clothes and dancing. Tim and Austin (even Adam) killed me. Tim doing the running man and the worm! Hahaha and Austin doing well, I don’t know what he was doing but I was cracking up. Rob was great in the lead and I loved Tim’s backup vocals. You have a great laugh and yes, it made my day too. They got me with all 3 songs. First time I was like "WTF is going on", I didn't understand the prank. I'd never heard "to get rickrolled" before, I actually had to look it up for an explanation. Maybe that's not an European thing. The guys did great on that song, shot themselves straight back into the 80s. But after the sneaky-peaks.... I want the full songs by Queen and Journey covered by them, asap!!!!
I just watched a video about how the "RickRoll" got started, and they interviewed Astley, and the guys who put the song together and filmed him singing it. The song surprised them completely when it shot so quickly to the top of the charts; his people had never done a video, didn't really know how, but MTV was demanding a video. Basically, they put him outside and told him to just dance around, and they hired a few professional dancers. The clothes he was wearing were his OWN clothes lol--the striped shirt, the raincoat, etc. The fence which was the backdrop for some of the scenes backed on to rowhouses, and some guy was yelling, "Shut the fuck up!" while they were filming. I hope Home Free knows the history of this--it's classic. I was young when the song came out, and loved it and still do. And Astley has a great sense of humour about the whole thing.

The april fools jokes are really good! They actually got me... 3 times! And now I want a full version of "Don't Stop Believin'" by Home Free. Also, Tim finally unleash his dance moves, I believe he's been teasing us since Sing Off days, but ooh boy those moves are great. I know Adam and Austin are dancers, but Austin's cutesy, nerdy dance here are really adorable and the outfit he's worn fits him so good! (except the clippers behind his shirt lol)
