I am a new subscriber and fellow Home Fry. You will love EVERY one of their gospel songs along your way down the rabbit hole. Also, you gotta see the Boys 2 men Version of End of the Road.
Doug, first of all, that was a great reaction by you. It's so nice to see someone who really "gets" Home Free. Secondly, for a great live in concert song, check out their live version of Sea Shanty Medley- it's epic! Also, another Christmas song for you is Do You Hear What I Hear, arranged by their beat boxer, Adam Rupp, it's next level. Merry Christmas!
It’s so beautiful. Those harmonies are exquisite. The man who started the song is Tim. He’s the bass and he arranged this song when he was a teenager. Loved Tim and Austin’s solos. Loved the bell tones. So many beautiful songs. Have a wonderful Christmas!🤩
New sub for your genuine and heartfelt reaction to #homefree . Definitely do "How Great Thou Art" soon. The following are great Christmas songs from them: Children, Go Where I Send Thee (collab with Kenny Rodgers); LIVE: Beautiful Star of Bethlehem (collab with the Oak Ridge Boys -- 9 guys on stage harmonizing!); "Go Tell It on the Mountain" (collab with Texas Hill).
I just recently saw them sing this live...its absolutely breath-taking! It doesn't get any better than these 5 guys...they're absolute perfection! I just subbed for more Home Free!
My favorite version of my favorite carol! Thank you for reacting Doug. (It would be nice to see you a little larger on the screen - we've seen their vid, it's your reaction we are here for!) If you want a recording of their live performance, here's 'Sea Shanty Medley': ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lOj6KfJJH-I.html and "I Want Crazy' from when they were on the Sing-off show: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ET2lnK6FRck.html
This song was my first introduction to Home Free--and they've been my favorite musicians ever since! Love it when these guys voice the bell tones🔔 Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ #HomeFree #HomeFreeDoesChristmasBest #AdamRuppSinging
IMHO The best acapella band - but I'll warn you, they're highly addictive. As a Christian, I think you'd love their renditions of "Mary Did You Know", "Do You Hear What I Hear", "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem" (with the Oak Ridge Boys), and "How Great Thou Art" among others. 3 of them are song writers, so there are lots of originals as well as covers. Merry Christmas from a new Canadian subscriber.🎄🎄
I love how the ooh's and aah's come in stronger, then fade out so softly. The blended tones and multiple arrangements within the same arrangement is staggering and sounds divine. Every time I listen to this, I hear something new. Amazing.
Home Fry here! Glad you love this vocal band too! This is 8 years ago! They keep getting better and still doing live shows! Even their funny videos sound perfect!! ❤
I would love to recommend Home Free's rendition of "How Great Thou Art", they filmed the video in Austria, on one of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Breath taking. Their rendition of "Do You Hear What I Hear" is beyond amazing, the arrangement was done by their beatboxer, Adam Rupp. Never heard anything like it. Merry Christmas and blessings always to you and those you love.
These guys are so awesome! In my opinion they are one of the best acapella groups around! They do different genres. You should check out How Great Thou Art. They also do a cover of End of The Road by BoyZ II Men. It will blow your mind! Love your reaction!
They are fabulous Live !!! I have seen them in concert 8 times and I guarantee you need to see them in action. I will find some great live performances for you.
You'd love there rendition of How Great Thou Art. I'm an atheist, but I grew up Southern Baptist and when I heard there song, I cried. It's so beautiful and powerful, so I'm sure you'd enjoy it, too. Have a good one!
Doug - Thank you for giving a great reaction to this song! Yes! They are belivers in Jesus Christ. They show it in their videos. No porn, no disrespect to females. They're all married and have their wives, kids and other family and friends in their videos. Please react to Do You Hear What I Hear and Angels We Have Heard On High. Keep up on your true reactions to Home Free. A new sub!
Love your reaction to this gorgeous rendition. For more Christmas, " Mary, Did You Know" and "Do You Hear What I Hear" are great, andChristian in general would be"How Great Thou Art" video'd in the Austrian Alps.
