Feels like a burden to me. Been 1 year since I've got a dog. Always felt like a tedious routine to take it out for walks twice a day. Sigh.

i thought of that a long time ago but now that I am older I entirely disagree with that thinking. Maybe it should be taught to children to teach abstinence until marriage in school but just to have friends it seems excessive. Human relationships arent really that comparable to one dimension responsibilities.

I got addicted to gardening too. I also did the same style of planting as the video above, but planted fast growing plants that grows beans. I am poor, only able to eat once a day, so I practice fasting and yoga and meditation. I planted a lot of mung beans, soy beans, flat beans, purple beans and corn. After a few months I am so happy they give lots of beans, I was able to make like 6 sacks of them and sold them to market. I planted more beans and keep selling, then I buy chickens and feed chickens with ground beans and corn. Then I sell chicken eggs. After 2 years I am self sufficient, I no longer worry about food and I am able to buy solar panel and battery for electricity for my laptop. Next I will buy a water tank so I don't have to pay for water anymore. It's amazing how a simple hobby can change your life.

Lots of foods grow in just water... Jar of water with stump of lettuce on top will grow a new lettuce. It's the same with cabbage, spring onions, leeks. RU-vid videos show you... Also sprout dried beans, ready to eat in 5 days.😷😉🍅🍓

I used the lights only when the weather was cloudy in winter and early spring, and now I am not using it.🌞 Thank you for your advice.🌱

@Windows 10 I have my lights on 12on and 12 off. Yes, some plants are photo sensitive but 4-6 hours of darkness suffices. Plants such as peppers are not photo sensitive.

My mother also used to tell me since I was little that talking to plants help them grow.🌿😮 Great to find there are studies showing this is true.🙂 Maybe I should try talking to them more.💕

It's funny because I've read that talking to them doesn't make them grow but certain waves do help them. I'll keep talking to them though😌😊

Saludos, también soy dominicano, a mi me encanta esos experimentos, incluso tengo mi patio con algunos recipientes de compota para niño con algunas verduras para ver si crecen y poder utilizarlas para la cocina. Es muy divertido y siempre se me despierta la curiosidad de saber si todos los vegetales que se compra en el supermercado o colmado se pueden utilizar para hacer un pequeño jardín.

Put a lettuce stump on top of a jar of water and a new lettuce will grow. Lots of foods will ... RU-vid has lots of videos😄🍓🍅😷

Regarding the carrot, it will not grow the carrot itself. It will simply grow the stems and hopefully leave me seeds after it flowers.🥕 Regarding the tomatoes I havn't planned anything yet. @@HODUNE are you referring to the upper part of the carrot with its leaves or the bottom part submerged in soil that you will need after?

@@samandy24 only the leafy part will grow. She wants it to go to seed so she can harvest them.

제 기억으로 그렇게 키운 과일은 살때 과일 맛이랑은 맛이 좀 다르데요. 못 자라게 유전자 조작만 하지 않았다면 보통 자라긴 한데요.
