Unless your wife is paying a good amount of downpayment along with you don't make the mistake of making your wife a co-owner for just saving a few lacs in short term. In the long term, if there is any divorce proceeding your property will be stuck forever for which you already paid the entire downpayment plus EMI. There will be no legal way to remove your wife name from the property.

You will get home loan on 8% or 8.5% or below when your property is under DDA for Delhi regions, but if your property is under power of attorney then no bank will give you this interest rate, they will charge you 12% or more, eventough your CIBIL score is 700+ or 800+

I took SBI Maxgain Home Loan of 20 Lalkhs having overdraft facility to repay in 10 years in Mumbai in year 2019. Now, I want to convert my existing SBI Maxgain Home Loan Overdraft Account to a Term Home Loan Account with the lowest possible interest rate. I just took loan from idfc bank and the builder arranged it for me.....but I think interest is high as compared to market currently at 9.1% wanted to reduce it... EMI will strat from July 2024. Property is under construction need suggestions.... please revert

Please correct yourself you don't have to pay 25% in advance no builder can ask you this according to law you have to pay 10% (mandatory) then it depends upon you if you have to give them more than 10% but no builder can ask you advance payment of 25%

Miss i had question , i live in tier 3 city and in that we wanted to buy a flat in apartment that was half completed 2 like( buildings are completed and 2 are remaining ) before that my father has taken 1 car loan that is fully completed and one home loan that was nearly close to complete in upcoming 1-1.5 years my father has 700+ credit score I don't know exact number but that was more than 700 , the car loan was from hdfc and the other flat loan was from gruh finance(now bandhan bank)so the main thing is when we gone for loan in SBI , hdfc they told us that in villages we can't give home loan so anyone can explain this ?

Don't worry , call your HL guy from ICICI , all banks gives current revised rate it's just one form you have fill . Current rate is 7.80 by ICICI ( if your bill is 750 above )
