Thats natural. Oil can be extracted only from coprah or dried coconut. To extract oil from raw coconut , try heating the extractor to high temperature so that moisture is expelled from raw coconut.

why dumb people always call this tutorial video as fake? ... the title of the video is coconut oil machine, it does not say that it is for coconut milk.... but as we can observe,it can also be used for coconut milk extraction provided that the container for the finished product be replaced.. my suggestion is a reinforced frame that is compatible for the bottle jack.. thanks for the tutorial big help.
