I've had ginger beer from the store that is made by Goya. And when I take a sip of it I can feel the antioxidants working. I don't want it really sweet but I want to make my own I was going to make kombucha I'm poor and they won't let you buy kombucha with food stamps anymore. I don't have a lot of Ginger but I think I have enough to make probably a gallon. And I want to make it the real Jamaican Way there are things Jamaicans know that I need to know. I love the accent. I used to work with a Jamaican guy at the sewer plant Bedford New York at the prison besides a used to make tea from cannabis. I bet that was very healing also. I'd say this is a healing drink it's not just a drink. That must be really strong you keep doing it over and over. Kind of like the time I was moving and I made the strongest coffee on Earth espresso but you keep running the water through it about five times I was awake for days LOL.
