Home made ice cream
Ingredients list:
1 liter of whole milk
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
A cup of cream
A coffee spoon of sahlep
A pack of vanilla
For service:
Ice cream cones
Wafers
Preparation:
Pour the cold milk and cream into the saucepan. Add half of the sugar, mix the sahlep and sugar well and take them into a saucepan. After mixing it well with a whisk, we boil it for an average of 15 minutes after our ice cream starts to boil, stirring constantly. After taking our pot off the stove, we bring our ice cream down to room temperature by mixing it with a ladle. When it reaches the room temperature, we put the pot into the deep freezer. We take it out every 2 hours and run it with a blender. It is enough when we do this process four or five times for it to get purified. Finally, we put it in a glass ware and cover it with a plastic. Rest it in the freezer overnight. Our ice cream is ready to serve.
