HOME OWNER asked me "WHAT's THE CATCH" after I OFFERED a FREE YARD MAKEOVER
After I finished the last yard i did, I knocked on the house right next door and asked if I could mow their yard. Home owner was very skeptical about it because he thought there was a catch. But I told him its 100% free of no charge.

Love this one….the fact that you take away your clippings and garden waste makes your channel stand out from many others who toss it all onto the lawn and leave a dirty brown untidy mess. Thank you for that, and also taking care of the gardens, weeding etc. Keep up the fine work! 👍🌿👏🦋🌈❤️🤗

I had to give up doing my own lawn (which I loved doing) and am very fortunate to have a hired lawn crew who do great work and are trustworthy, which is a big concern for senior citizens and why many seem reluctant. They are an easy target, which makes what Chris does such a blessing.

This seemed like a good Restoration, like it was a loved home and you got it neatened back to what would have been their normal. Chuckled, because you were refusing to let the "cement like" dirt in the gutter get the best of you. Enjoyed that you took the suckers off the big tree and raised it up. Looked nice. Two good doses of hope in that neighborhood.

YOU DO A GREAT JOB. I WAS WONDERING WHY YOU DID NOT CUT THE BACK YARD. THE FRONT YARD IS SEEN MORE EASILY BUT THE BACK YARD IS WHERE I WOULD GATHER MORE AS A FAMILY SO IT WOULD REALY BE IMPORTANT TO ME IF I WAS IN HIS POSITION. HAVING SAID THAT WHAT YOU DO IS TRULY A BLESSING.
