Hi I remembered in one of your videos you were assigned to a 2nd ID? How did you go about asking for a new ID without sounding so harsh to the 1st one?
Actually they never give me a second ID. In the end, we still work with our first ID but the designing portion we do it with the boss herself. And she monitors the chatgroup but let the other ID handle everything else. It turns out that the ID is just not so great with designing but is a quite responsible person. Not the best but also not very bad. Just average. How I requested or phrase it was that I told them that the ID doesn’t seem to understand what we are going for and would like to work with another ID who can understand our needs before. Do note that I have this conversation with the ID before the whole renovation starts.
Hmm, thinks the style ya mentioned, have seen in singapore. Every flat,just after they constructed Will look like that😝.... Its cool thou. Its just like industry theme,just more simplified.For the service yard wall, is it very windy? If so, not advisable to hack cos then you have to depend solely on your main window.If have the service yard door, atleast can close,wind can still come in by the small side windows😇
I guess u may be right because I am starting to see alot of HDB flats having grey walls and black furnishings. haha. Thanks for the suggestion though! regarding the service yard. Never thought of that.
@@DeeniseGlitzTV That was 20 years ago. I will have to place back to the original to get a higher valuation because I will be selling my 4 room flat when I collect my 2 room flat next year projection. My below neighbor "s look so nice without hacking. Cheers.
