For the issue with the drain on floor ... you could actually get those silicon trapper and lay it over. Its pretty flat so should solve the issue. I like tha you talk about the pros and cons rather than just how nice the decor is.
hi just got mine door lock installed too. i realized the door cannot be shut tightly, if i push on it, the door still can move. do you encounter this problem?
This was a year ago, not having top cabinet makes it looks spacious n bright, I would use whole slab quartz as the backsplash instead of tiles then there be no grout lines. Future buyer can install their own cabinet.

That's right! cos we went around asking our peers and those who eventually moved into their BTO hardly cook. So no regrets about not getting a stove. Instead, our Ninja is more than enough.

Can your gate lock be opened with the mechanical key from outside? Their customer support said can only be opened from inside which I felt they’re just bluffing
Hello, can I just confirm, you need to have another step to open the gate lock from the inside? Hence you need to press the remote control even after opening the first door lock?
Hi! For your kitchen counter top, is it a single full slab/piece? How did it fit into the lift? My ID had cut our counter top into 2 pieces to join them together and there’s a silicone joint line in between 😮
There is nothing for HDB to be proud off showing defects at the end of the line as goes with HIP. Observed all HIP workers are off low skills (foreigners) while work done with without much supervision and that's the problem
In the day time, you will need to close the blinds if the sunlight is shining directly on the screen. If it is not, then actually you can still view it. I will be doing a review of the projector in my next video! It definitely saves space and money.
Great video!! You may like try switching to Senoko Energy, they have the lowest electricity rate in the market with the best credit card promos. In total we shaved off $150 off our recurring electricity bill cos of Senoko's welcome promos (That's about 2 months+ of free electricity at home with some air con usage). There's also Geneco offering same electrity price rate as Senoko, but their credit card welcome promo is not that strong. SP is government so definitely the most expensive in the market. For water and gas, there's no competitor so we just have to use the companies under them like PUB and City Energy.
