I think you should demolish the home house, use the money to build an apartment or a house at the vet and then live there until you have enough money to build a nicer home... back home? If you know what I mean.
the reason she is uncomfortable in the vet clinic is bc if the Dr. Budgets Exam Table. since it is like gross it makes them feel uncomfortable. if u read the description for it in build mode you will see what i mean. hope this helps
Jake Pine but her place is too small and it will feel crowded and it is already crowded with her customers. But if she builds up her vet then yea that would be nice but they would complain about only cleaning
You could do something like - the vet on the first floor and then around back have a set of stairs to go into the main house where the sim lives. You can lock the door so no one goes in so no worries about a random sim going to use your TV or bathroom! Plus you'll be at home so you can make the stuff for the vet and just take it down stairs to stock the shelves!

I have an idea, (once you get a lot of money) what you could do is seperate the first floor as a waiting/ check in area with some kind ops for the pets, then the other half could be for simple check ups and the second floor could be for surgeries and outside you could have other toys such as a training course. If this sounds like a lot (which it is) you could change the idea, but I hope you like it! I love you Sasha!

Vixella !! The reason why your customers are always uncomfortable is because the of the quality of the vet table and vending machine thingo 😅 Also, try getting the robot vacuum instead of having Josie clean everything up herself (you’ll need the expensive one to clean up water / vomit) Good luck xx
I think she feels uncomfortable because the exam table and medicine cooler are really cheap and rusty looking and she considers it “dirty” but I’m not sure.
