[Home-style Dish] Pork and Ginger Stir-fry | Easy Cooking, Absolutely Delicious

Ginger shredded pork is a simple and delicious Chinese home-style dish,mainly made with pork and ginger shreds.The taste is tender,juicy,and the aroma is pleasant.This dish is not only easy to eat,but also nutritious,making it a great dish for daily family consumption.Learning how to make ginger shredded pork can easily bring delicious food to family and friends.

【Ingredients】:
Pork loin
Ginger
1 green onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons cooking wine
A little pepper
A little salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cooking oil
【Instructions】:
First,slice the pork into thin pieces,then add pepper,salt,oyster sauce,cooking wine,cornstarch,and cooking oil,mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Cut the green onion into small pieces,chop the garlic,and shred the ginger.
Fry the ginger shreds first,remove half of them,and then add the remaining half,green onion,and garlic to continue stir-frying.Then add the pork and stir-fry until the meat turns white.
Add 200 ml of water,season with the remaining oyster sauce,light soy sauce,dark soy sauce,and sesame oil,and then add water starch to thicken the sauce.
Finally,transfer to a clay pot and cook for 1 minute,add the green onion leaves and the fried ginger shreds,and it's done!
