Thanks for sharing. Is small, and basic however great for starters and solos. I would definitively put the radiator in the living room in the opposite wall, close the space under the stairs, and put a console with tv, where the radiator is now. I think it would allow me to put more furniture even create 2 different areas, plus the storage. Also, i would not be in the way of the entrance. No matter how much you isolate, there is going to be cross wind between the main entrance and the garden window, great for summer, however not that much in winter. Rooms are in the small side. Not sure if the primary one, is really a master suite. But 3 bedrooms are more important to re/sale, I guess. Thank you. Hopefully this was not too long.

It's a Roborovski hamster house. In Castellón for that price you buy a 300 m2 villa. I am Spanish and I am amazed at how crazy the homes are in the UK.
