your videos have been an absolute life saver !!! i used to suffer from disc herniation pain and sciatica back when i was much heavier, and your videos helped me recover so much when i lost the weight. I follow along one video a day minimum. however now that i am working at the hospital as a sixth year medical student, and having to stand for long periods of time, my sciatica have been flairing up a lot recently. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help with with this one request 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. why should i do early in thw morning or before my shifts to prepare myself, i was thinking like 5 to 10 sun salutes and pigeon pose om each side for 30 to 60 s. Do you have better recommendations? 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much forwhat you provide for us ❤️❤️❤️❤️

i've been with yall since day one, sitting in my bedroom in 8th grade binging your videos and learning that there is hope to heal. I havent written in a while, but Juliana you and Mark have genuinely helped me change my whole life. through bipolar 1, severe ptsd, obesity, you have held my hand through so many of my battles. I'm now at a healthy 130 pounds, medicated (holistically and otherwise) and in a healthy 5 year relationship with my loving partner who encourages my yoga practices, my vegan business, and meditates with me daily. we've built out 2 vans with our 2 wonderful dogs so far and lived all throughout the states. what a life. I love yall with all of my heart and i wouldn't have even begun to dream this dream without you. sending all of the gratitude your way and lots and lots and lots of love, always - sarah jewel

Every every time i listen to you two, i come away with a beautiful spring in my step, just from the amount of knowledge and insights you two share. Yes not all of it is smile proving but makes my heart squirm, i thank you Julia for sharing and passing on the insight from your dad, i want to acknowledge how truly amazing he is but i cant put it into words. I’ve been listening to Jimmy Dore for years. I love his no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is approach. Russell brand is also super! I also like to watch We Are Change. Glen Greenwald is often featured on Jimmy Dore & I really like his take on things as well. My brothers girlfriend lives in Mount Shasta so I visit there often to go hiking & to just enjoy nature. Mount Shasta looks exceptionally beautiful in the winter when the mountain is white with snow. I’m definitely reading that book! Edit: Just finished watching the entire video. AWFUL to hear what’s happening to the monkeys. Such a simple solution is all it takes! Heartbreaking!!!

Thanks for the tour, beautiful home! 💚 I used to be trapped in the coffee crunch and crash cycle. In recent years I switched to fresh green juices as a much better alternative for clean sustained energy. Improved energy, stamina, mental focus, mood, skin, and gut health resulted from ditching coffee for fresh pressed fruits and veggies. Best wishes!

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

You guys are literally so alike to me and my husband. We also say that the place we are in is our haven and has been through this dictatorial take over of the world. Our morning routines are similar but I am more like your partner and my husband is more like you Juliana! Hahah I get up early around 5:30-6 and I do exercise and a long yoga session (how long is your practice in the morning? And do you do anything again in the evening?). He will do his music, reading, and magickal practices whilst I do that. We also created an outdoor sheltered area for ourselves with a big gazebo so I can practice outside rain or shine and he can meditate in there or do anything really. We have a small cottage in the country and we like being far away from people and the mess that society has become. We have faith in love and source to overcome. We also do readings, he’s more into interpreting and reading astrology (what with his magick practices) than I am and in short what you said about finding a beautiful routine and a beautiful space to basically be YOU, truly feel that and we are both the same. Lots of love to you both. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Being active with yoga is a good start. You can learn about nervous system regulation from Irene Lyon's YoutTube Channel and you may try some Feldenkrais or Vagus nerve exercises.

Please, don't think that Ukraine got a huge sum of help that hides somewhere in the privat pockets. Corruption was, exists and will be in all countries of the wourld and shit people are exist everywhere even during the war. Our task is to make it lower, regulate the laws in proper way, punish traitors and to vin. Look into Michael Singer material if you haven't. I think you'd really enjoy reading his book or taking his 8 hour course. I've read his 3 books and finishing his course now. It's great. And A lot of what you are saying supports his message too. Books: The Untethered Soul, The Surrender Experiment and new book Living the Untethered Soul. Course: Living from a place of surrender.
