The simplicity of life is something we're always trying to grasp. Living on an island where dogs rule the beaches and motor bikes are your only way of transportation has taught us a lot. There's something really special in finding a routine that fuels your mind, body, and soul. Once you find that, never let it go. Let it help you grow in ways that allows you to find more meaning and purpose in every breath you take. And when you falter from it, as we always will, accept the step back and take two more forward as you should- remembering how you found it or maybe even how it found you.

Beautiful video of your time spent on that island. I know what you mean by the impermanence of life. It's odd that someone so young as yourselves realize this already. At 59 years old it's a daily thought that becomes more important. I hope we all can go back to the places we love and not in a physical way - also.

+Narda Nardis We named him Whitesock (cause of his one white paw). He was with us every moment for the entire time. people starting asking us how we travel with him. hah. and when we left him, we cried so much. it is actually the second time he was with us on the same island and after a year a part he remembered us the second he saw us this time. if we do go back. he will be the only reason. ❤️

Wow! Another inspiring video, with good musics, wonderful landscapes... I wanted to thank you, for everything you've done and shared so far, from the thoughts and inspiration you give, to the guided yoga sequences and meditation (these last ones are a true benediction to me). I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking that : you help me a lot during a life and personnality transition, and I send you all the gratitude I have for that. Please, keep going on what you do, because it helps a lot of people to make a step forward, to reach a new life, and a better and peaceful one.
