Also, The price ranges are estimations pulled from recent past sales as of June 2021. As time goes by prices may change. Lastly, the price ranges stated are not including sales prices that are extreme outliers, such as a home that was foreclosed upon and sold for much less than it may have otherwise OR a home with uncommon upgrades that sold for much more than it might have otherwise sold for.

Very informative…just goes to show that inflation is also affecting the Florida housing market…for Central Florida, the prices are ridiculous.

Thanks for your comment Theresa. Yes, just like everywhere else, the prices in The Villages have risen rapidly these last few years. The market is starting to cool off now though!

Have you done an updated video on the home prices for each home type? These prices from over 18 months ago are way out date unfortunately.

I had heard as the trailers single/double wide come available the Villages company tries to buy them to eliminate them and build stick built homes !

Hi Daniel, I heard the same a year or so ago. Recently I heard that they are all hands on deck in the southern oaks section of the villages south of HWY 44 and are holding off on buying manufactured homes and building stick builts in their place. I also heard the plan is to revisit that project at a later date. All of this was just hearsay, so I don't know if there is any truth to it! Thank you for the comment!
