I love the furniture you have purchased so far. Just a suggestion: buy another console table for behind the couch and put them together to make it longer would be nice

Thank you and welcome to the channel!! And yes, as parents we can't lose ourselves because of our kids. I did not want to have a whole bunch of dark furniture throughout my home because I'm afraid my kids will get it dirty. I have carefully picked out pieces, including light colored ones, that bring me joy! Again thanks and I hope to see you at the other videos. I could not tell from the Vlog but may I suggest provided it has not been done that you consider purchasing felt pads for the foot of your furniture pieces so your beautiful hardwood floors don’t get scratched. Everything is beautiful and I love the eclectic fashion sources you and your husband are using to styling the home. The accent color on the fireplace is on point. Great job!

Omg yess congratulations on your new home! I'm loving everything! We also have the Brynn furniture from World market, well a four set of the brynn swivel chairs and I will say the fabric does stain/mark easily so definitely scotchgard them and FOLEX IS KING!

Thank you so much! It has been a slow process getting the home together, but I feel really good about the purchases I've made thus far. Granted, there have been some misses, but definitely more wins! And we love the refrigerator. It's super spacious and provides ample space for all the food we buy. The main thing we like is the secondary fridge/freezer drawer. It has been a life saver. In a future video, I'll give a tour of the kitchen as well as the appliances.

Omg you have the chairs I wanted so bad Wayfair was sold out and I couldn’t do the RH original chairs lol, loving everything I see. This is my first video so I have to backtrack, subscribing to your channel. Also in love with your GE Cafe appliances that’s my next mission🥰

Yes, the Wayfair chairs are a bargain compared to the RH chairs! They were sold out when I wanted to buy as well, so I signed up to be notified when they came back in stock. I love the texture of your backsplash & how your trim is a different color form the wall. These stools are everything. Our house will be done in May- prayerfully. So when would you suggest we start ordering furniture? Yes, that mirror is a must have for me. I was looking at the one at Arhaus. Anthropology is better priced and yaaaasss deal! That's awesome. I've been eyeing a similar cabinet too. I want one or two in the dining room. The hardware on yours is EVERYTHING!

Thank you, Yasmine! We were very intentional in our selections, and we love them all! I’m not sure if the supply chains are still as backed up as they were when I was ordering, but if they are, I say order ASAP. If you have a storage unit, place the delivered items in storage until your house is complete. We ordered some pieces in September that weren’t delivered until March. It was that bad! So I say order as much as you can as soon as you can. Also, congratulations on the new house! I know you’re super excited!

@@taneliamajor ooooh why didn't I think of the storage unit?? Silly me, lol. I mean it's stuff from when we relocated last year. However, a lot of those items need to be sold and donated. So getting new stuff will motivate me to get it sold, lol Thanks for the tip and thorough response. Yes, I'm so super excited and grateful! We've been under contract since April. Looks great! You found some great deals! Your room looks large… can you fit a sectional or are they not your thing? The couch color is beautiful! Love all the pillows you picked! Your fireplace is a statement in itself! Not sure about the RH cabinets on either side. They are beautiful, but prob not in that spot. I think one side of 2 shelves built ins made with reclaimed wood or something would look nice! Can you put those cabinets in your office or dining room? That would look stunning! Well, whatever you do your house is beautiful 💖

I like sectionals, but I'm not sure one will flow with the space. And I see your point about the cabinets. I'm going to style them and live with them for a little while, and then I'll make the determination if I need to move them to another room. Thanks so much for your feedback! Your house and furniture is beautiful. The pillows look great. I love the neutral colors . Your sofa table is pretty but I personally think you should have a lighter color and a longer table . The table just does not live up to the other pieces of furniture. Maybe you could use it in another smaller space. Love your design.

Hello...I've just subscribed and just wanted to say you have a very good eye for bargains. Love the 2 cabinets on either side of fireplace. If you do get a coffee table may I suggest a round or oval one to offset all the square edges in the room. Love your style though.

Love it! I would get another chair made out of a different material to go by the mirror and would put those beautiful ottomans in front of the coffee table and follow the suggestion of getting another console table to go behind the sofa

I love the mirror!! Been looking at it myself but I voted not to get it because it is very trendy and too expensive to be a trendy mirror. I went with the infinity mirror from CB2 instead. I love it tho 😍❤️🥰

Love 💕 your house but I would change out the faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms from the chrome to the gold and some of the lights and mirrors because some are chrome and then the lights are gold and the mirrors are chrome. To many different metals. And the door handles also.

I would get rid of those cabinets and replace them with open natural wood shelving. It's kind of looking like a fortress (bulky) on the fireplace side of the room.
