She seems really tired..i mean I'm not criticizing I'm 22 yrs old and whenever im free i help my mother whether in kitchen cooking or cleaning or whatever way possible.. there are 4 children for her.. and i never find any of em helping her in either of her videos...its really disheartening..tbh..i see her as my own mother and thats why im putting such sad comment here.. if any of her daughters seeing this comment i hope you'll think.. sometimes its not just about help.. maybe our presence during their work gives em so much relief..dont feel regret after some time like oh i should have been there for her like that..think about it..and whomever reading this comment can leave their opinion on this 😊thanks 👍 no hate..just a msg from 22 yr old
Very rightly said. None of the daughters actually help her. It's really sad to see that only the mother has to do all the job alone. Ishani just took video for a few shots she could have helped with the rest.

You should first roast both sides and when it becomes dry on both sides with brown spots only you should apply butter or ghee. Else the texture won't be good and it doesn't cook well and absorb too much oil

Sindhuji, there is no specific way to prepare aloo parantha. You can improvise the way you want. But do keep in mind certain points. Don't add butter/ghee in the beginning itself. Let both sides cook once and let small brown spots be there and then add butter/ghee. Forget about the shape of the parantha, but ensure that the filling isn't soggy or warm. It should be completely cooled before stuffing in to the roti. And should not have water content. I feel you made pretty decent parantha 😊

സിന്ധുചേച്ചി.. ഞാൻ എൻറെ ഭർത്താവിൻറെ അമ്മയിൽ നിന്നുമാണ് ആലു പറാത്ത ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പഠിച്ചത്. അവർ കുറെ നാൾ നോർത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ പച്ചയായി തന്നെ സവാള, പച്ചമുളക്, മല്ലിയില ഇവ വെള്ളം ഒട്ടും കയറാതെ വേവിച്ച ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങിനോട് കൂടി നന്നായി മിക്സ് ചെയ്യും. കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പച്ചമുളക് ചേർക്കാതെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും. നെയ്യാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാറുള്ളത്.

Aloo parottail pottato mix ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ ഗാർലിക് and inchi paste ഇടണം. Some lemon juice add cheyanum. pinch of sugar add cheyanum. Chilli powder and garam masala also add cheyanum. I used to make like that. It will be very tasty.

Both ways are okay! In the north, you are right , they add raw onions , raw chillies, sometimes ajwain, little coriander leaves etc! But my daughter likes them sautéed a little! So I make it your style all onions , garlic fried and added to potatoes! As long as the food is delicious… anything is okay🤩😃
Nice one aunty! There is no right or wrong way of making aloo paratha! But one suggestion to enhance the flavour is while u toss onions and all do add jeera, ajwain and ginger garlic paste and after tossing them u can continue doing the way u do :) adding of spinach looks nice will try that!❤

Prepare your dough as usual with the potato stuffing. Place the dough in the middle of the plastic cover and press it out evenly, just like you would for making holige.
