I could BARELY see this house because of all the volunteer trees growing in the fence. The grass was getting super long and overgrown over the driveway, sidewalks, and curb. I knocked on the door with no answer but the neighbor across the street was hanging out on his porch so I went over there to talk to him. He told me that an older lady used to live here but she passed away a few months ago. Nobody has been by to mow the lawn and it has gotten out of control. So, I thought I would clean it up for the neighborhood and make it look AMAZING again.

Why, when yall cut the grass 🤔 you blow it back onto the cut grass instead of racking and bagging up when it dries, it makes the yard look even worse 👎 why not rake and put with trees you cut down are put a bag on the lawn mower, after it dry it looks terrible , why not remove ?

It looks like an attempt was made to clear some brush, but something must’ve interrupted their flow. As someone who took care of my mother, my father, and my husband until they passed- I can tell you that yard work is never even thought about. Great work as always, Spencer! Love you! 💖

I feel like the fence vegetation should have just been trimmed into a nice hedge. If you can't completely remove the bushes from the fence line, why hack them back into ugly stumps?

I love when you eliminate the "wild tree weeds," it really makes the place look bigger...I don't think I have seen a home with such small access to the backyard...did not look like you would have been able to get your mower back there even if the gate did open...angles. If you think this home has small access to the backyard check out, Flawless Cleaning's episode from last Friday - "TRAPPED Inside.. Nature Is Knocking At The Door! Garden Makeover." Ben and his helpers had to bring all the garden debris through the house!! I could hardly believe it!!!

If the front yard was that bad, I can only image how bad the back yard will be since you were unable to get to it. But, you made an amazing transformation to the front yard and I'm sure the neighbors appreciate your 💛of gold doing those improvements to the neighborhood. Hours of just clearing the brush and wild tree sapplings. God bless, be safe and stay well. WOW! Now the folks can safely walk down the sidewalks again without fear of loosing an eye from all the brush.

Normally he just dumps everything in the backyards creating a bigger mess, but he never shows that. If they are wanting the city to pick it up, the poor neighbors are in for a long wait. This is why Spencer gets trashed in some of the other videos.

It is sad the lawn had gotten overgrown like it was, and over the windows too. The deceased woman probably would be sad if she knew. She probably would be happy all the work you did though. I hope a family will get to live in the house some day, and make it a home again. It really looks nice all the work you did!

The aerial view clearly shows that left side ( as you're facing the house) is ruining the fence because it was already bent. I first thought it was pretty sturdy but then I could see what you were talking about! It was a freaking jungle in that place! Excellent job SB!😊

I use a Sawzall or handheld chain saw to cut the volunteer trees, grapevines, etc, off as low to the ground as I can. Then I work on getting out the remnants when I can. I can't afford a new fence. You do wonderful work! What a transformation.
