'Homebrew' command tester for Elecraft radio, amp, and tuner 

This video describes a program I wrote in BBC BASIC for SDL that emulates the command tester functionality of the Elecraft KPA500 and KAT500 utility programs.
I wanted one program that could communicate to all three devices and that program is described here.
