@@thatoneguyproductions269ye9 I hope Homlander he'll rip his tongue out, whenever Black Noir talks and Homlander is around, he tells him to shut up... He will mutilate him, you will see... And he'll be the good old Black Noir we love...
Anyone else notice A Train deliberately didn’t swing a bat. I think his morality was kicking in. We have seen before how he often isn’t as ruthless as most of the others.
Ruthless? No. Spineless? Absolutely. A Train is a coward and not a hero just like the rest. At the end of the day he's still just another Vought owned Supe.
It's because "They" will never cast a black actor in an inglorious manner. Notice how they're always portrayed as the level headed, seekers of truth and justice, or, the philosopher. Oh ✡️🏳️🌈Hollywood🏳️🌈✡️!!! 😂
This Black Noir is seriously going down the same path his comic counterpart did- seeing him immediately go for the kill and then at the end fake his whole shock and surprise is aligning with his general psychopathy. I just wish they didn't kill the OG noir to rush him in before his rematch with SB
This new Black Noir is very interesting, on one hand when ordered to execute someone he doesn’t hesitate and gets the job done quickly similar to the original one, but he’s also a massive dork obsessed with doing a great job as a actor pretending to be Black Noir, I feel like he’s a clone but not of Homelander, but of Black Noir.
Im noticing little things about Sage. Her head scratch when bringing the men in. Her face when A-Train looked at her. Its like she's stressed and/or guilty... but its all her idea.
Why is everyone trying to find some sort of excuse or defense for Sage or trying to theorycraft some nonsense that she's going to turn on Homelander? No. She's as warped as the rest of them.
@@kalebparham No you just want the sista to be "good" despite the fact that she just watches HL laser a girl's brains out and her only emotion is mild frustration.
0:18 When I watch her touch her head I have a few theories why she’s doing that: 1. She’s stressed by what she’s doing cause she knows the fate of these 3. 2. She’s thinking: “How gullible a fan boy are you? I can’t believe I’m even talking to you” 🙄 3. Her brain is growing and it’s starting to hurt
I think #1 is correct. In that moment she has a twinge of conscience when she comes face to face with people who are about to die for her plan. It's gone from theoretical to real.
@@ThatInternetGuy420 "'I didn't know the leopard would eat *my* face!' cries woman who voted for the leopard-eating-faces party." is a meme that popped up after Brexit where an ex-Tory voter who was a breadwinning mother with kids had an impassioned TV confrontation towards her representatives for the harshening quality of life for her family with then-recent cuts to welfare, something the Tories were pretty upfront about doing. It's generally used to refer to people associating with and supporting political parties or individuals who generally do not have their best interest in mind for them and then realizing that, yeah, it was probably a bad idea. Some examples that come to mind are gay white nationalists ( I recently saw a screencap of a gay WN coming out on Stormfront, the far-right fasci message board, and it went exactly as well as you would think for him); US Republicans, oftentimes Gay or Women representatives, but sometimes more centrist conservatives, becoming either disillusioned with the party or having a fallout with their constituent bases, who they've sometimes groomed into some pretty nasty political messaging; and lately, there is also the "distraught pro-life housewife realizing that she needs an abortion for whatever reason, something that has suddenly been made much harder due to decisions that she supported." Here, Karaltar is saying that, at this point, with it being public knowledge in the series that Homelander is pretty shitty and has little care for human life, that being a fan of homelander in the same room with homelander is a pretty dumb idea.
You know what’s crazy,? He’s not even a replacement. It’s the same Noir from previous seasons. It’s just now he has a personality. Having him play Noir from the start was a brilliant move. They’re getting two characters for the price of one.
@@danielsanchezgomez882 Okay, so last season Black Noir died. He was killed by Homelander. So Vought got a supe who can act that was trained at Godokin University to play the Black Noir that Homelander killed, so he’s a different Noir in the show. But the actual actor that’s playing the new Noir is the same person from the first 3 seasons.
Im not buying the A train redemption. This man liquified a woman and spend season 1 bragging about it and bitching about being forced to say sorry to her boyfriend. Then he murdered his own gf in an awful way, now he hesitates to kill a random? Even worse when the deep was clearly given a well thought out redemption path in season 1 and it was all thrown out because I guess that would be too controversial for even this show
His experiences have forced him to examine his own behaviour and begin to empathize with people around him. Sometimes awful people can grow a conscience .
What’s hilarious is that they sort of satisfied one of my ideas. My main one was that homelander meets an actor portraying him on stage and decides to use him as his avatar or something similar to the point where the actor starts thinking he’s actually him. However they instead got an actor to play Noir and the guy is trying to get into character but they are constantly making it hard for him lol. It’s brilliant and I love that they went that route.
The guy with the glasses was the guy to cheer Homelander in the last season when homelander lasered a protestor for throwing some object at Ryan. Unfortunately, this season he was whacked
Compare season one when Homelander is looking for Translucent and how he could see and hear every little thing around, to this scene when he may as well be wearing earbuds and listening to music...
He has to focus to hear everything, which is why he doesn’t hear the boys talking in the van or when are near him..also, he is getting older so maybe his hearing is slipping a bit.
At first I didn't know who this guy was but then i learned that he was the same man who cheered HOMELANDER 4 killing that man cause he threw something at his son
i do hope for a-train to become a better person. he sincerely apologized to hughie and he didn’t attack anybody here (although he kept one from leaving). they’re all acting out of fear but a-train does seem to be developing some amount of moral resolve- even if you think it’s hypocritical, that’s the place to start. you start with the symbolic stuff so you know what you believe in. that’s how people develop their ethical stances in real life, too.
@@mohitranka9840 Sage wants to blame starlight's fans for killing the three men, and considering those three were the biggest fans of homelander, the blame would almost certainly be put onto the starilight side, pitting the two against eachother while homelander himself remains unburdened and out of the spotlight.
I’m Black. Of course I know when I’m being pandered to because I always pay attention how the writers treat the black characters. Was there anything other assumptions you wanted to make about me, or are you done making yourself look like a moron? Go on. I’ll wait.
I dont get it if one of them stands up to homelander in any way hes going to brutally kill them so unless they can beat him what the fuck are you supposed to do the old saying if you cant beat them join them but arent i rite if someone stands up to him hes going to kill them rite
yeah basically, ngl its kinda too much now. like one season was fine but i feel like with the messages/meaning in the story this is just to weird. give it like a year and theres gonna be like a The Boys related murder or something
Uhh, Be grateful they didn't adapt everything from the comics. Because if you thought the show the malicious to watch the comic which are just drawings is somehow worse.
@@daynerylebarcebal359 Broooo, I have read the comics. they’re WAY worse. no one is denying that lol. I love the show, but I feel like this is getting into snuff territory.
The boys violence is just gettikng crazy and unhinged. Its pretty ridiculous. I dont mind some violence here and there. We get the point now. Id like more development in the story and less of this filler.
@Kevo6492 so they can't show homelander handing off bats to the seven along with the fans , taking selfie, an evil grin and then cut to their brains being splattered and traces of blood of new Noir and deeps attire? Instead they create a hectically detailed skull bashing. Quality over quantity.
@@waseembux7537 This isn’t a matter of quantity over quality, it’s a matter of how the story is relayed. You’re still asking for gore just not with the violence that brings about it. Like a cut which can be more effective but I thought the cut to Noir bashing the guy was effective. Point is, it’s not the lack development you don’t like. It’s how it’s told, which is fine.
Umm this is absolutely critical for the development of the story. They are murdering the supporters to frame starlight’s protestors, to further civil unrest and advance Sage’s plan to take over. We also learn about the length to which Homelander doesn’t care about his supporters, which is nuanced given his undying, starved need for attention/validation. We also learn more about the 7, base the different ways they react to Homelander’s growing callous violence
There was actually alot detailed in this. Such as the length homelander is willing to complete his goals. How far gone the deep is as he's essentially killing random people. Showcases sages plan. And Atrains intern conflict when he lowered the bat. Great scene brutal yea but grow a spine or smthn
Same actor but playing a new character. The OG Black Noir with the brain damage died. Homelander missed having his old buddy around and also didn’t want Vaught’s black noir merchandise sales to drop so he found a super powered guy who was close enough and said you’re Black Noir now. Don’t ever let anyone hear you speak and act in character or else. So far he’s doing really good at that second part. So much so that Homelander seems to actually respect this new guy as much as he did the old.
There were protests/counter protests between Starligh fans and Homelander fans. Sage got them to start fighting, then had A-Train plant these bodies at the scene to make it look like Starlighters killed Homelander's people.
I've never seen an episode, this just showed up in my suggestions...it seems extremely confusing....why would a superhero have his supporters killed, it doesn't make sense to me?
Wow. This is some shit tier writing that only exists because the maker was upset to many people liked the person they were not supposed to like. It's like writers who make the big bad kill there own supporters for doing nothing wrong to show they are bad.
This show is better almost than any super hero movie ive ever seen most of the tv shows are garbage this is a pleasant suprise i like this so much i bought it on bluray
