Since Stan Edgar kept that same confident look on his face after losing Vought, I would like to see Omni-Man tell him how pathetic he is. @@tonydaza8504 Ennis really seemed to like Butcher too much. We are told he's as bad as the Supes yet he got humanizing moments most of them didn't and he's only defeated because he allowed it. Out of the gate, the show made it clear Butcher is not the creator's personal power fantasy since he loses the first fight with a Supe gets into and his vendetta with Homelander initially makes him a hindrance to the team.
