Same with Miranda, she can teleport, regenerate, control the surroundings like trees and mud, and she can create illusions and shapeshift her body into litterally anything. Not to mention Nemesis survived being exploded, burned alive, melted in acid and Railgunned to the face multiple times, he definetly takes endurance and Raw power.

That's incorrect tho, Re5 boss battle, Wesker took a couple of rocket hits before the flight, survived being submerged in lava, they had to inject him to make him weaker, and Re3 nemesis came back after being submerged in acid, took so many grenade and flame shots, I'd say arguably one of the most cunning enemy who came back so many times so its incorrect to say that, about humans then it was the games story, Chris, Jill and Sheva would die if u don't press certain keys in short time periods, let's be honest, in a fair 1v1, they cannot beat the antagonists like Wesker, Heisenberg, Mother Miranda, Nemesis, Tyrant, so on one side I'd also say homelander can beat every single antagonist of RE excluding wesker at high-extreme difficulty, as if Wesker can endure Lava and pull the helicopter with uroborus, that clearly means Wesker is something too
I think he could given how insane his powers got during his boss fight with Ethan to the point that he created a whirlwind tornado of metal. Plus theres the fact that Heisenberg could reform himself with metal so he’d have a decent regeneration factor going on.

Miranda boss fight was meh ,because Rose stole her powers ,otherwise she would have killed everything! Metroman is already way beyond any of these characters and can be compared to silver age and golden age superman who has outright reality manipulation abilities. He moved so fast but never caused damage to his surroundings. His running alone should have dissipated so much energy and heat that the path should've exploded but instead he moved as if time stopped. His strength is implied to be above Tighten who lifts buildings like nothing.

Also shouldn’t Biq, combat, skills and experiences go to Heisenberg as well given he’s far older than Homelander and has more experience with fighting other enemies as seen in the Re8 Mercenaries game mode. I know Homelander ultimately one shots him but some of the categories seem somewhat misplaced.

I don’t know if he would have the durability or physical speed or strength to ward off Homelander attacks for long. If he scales to the physical stats of Lady Dimitrescu and Urias base forms then his regular form should be able to hold off Homelander decently well. If his base form is basically like Ethans he is gonna get one shotted by Homelander which was what I was suggesting.
