Homeless Encampment 

I was walking in the beautiful Rosa Hartman Park in Stamford, CT today, and encountered this Homeless Encampment.
I cannot say enough about how beautiful this park is, and I encourage everybody to visit it. While having lunch at a picnic bench, a deer casually began grazing about 20 feet away, and did not run.
The guy sitting on the picnic table avoided eye contact when I walked past, which is not a normal thing. However, when he saw me walking toward the encampment, suddenly he became VERY interested and jumped up to watch me from the edge of the woods....LoL.
