Personalised Housing Plans are sometimes templated nonsense that make no difference to the homeless person at all, but, as Will Flack of ‪@williamflacklawchannel1668‬ states, they actually open up various possibilities to challenge poor council decision making, particularly if you focus on the detail of what they say / leave out.
