🌭Homemade chicken sausages with cheese
500 g chicken fillet (2 pcs.)
100 g eggs (2 pieces) or 90 g white (3 pieces)
80 ml cream (2.8 oz, at least 30% fat) or sour cream (at least 20% fat)
50-70 g hard cheese (1.8-2.5 oz)
salt
white pepper (as desired)
dill (optional)
1-2 tsp beet juice (optional)
🌭Prepare the sausages:
1. Chop the chicken fillet slice, send to the bowl of a blender, add the eggs.
2. Add cream, salt, white pepper, dill.
3. Beat with an immersion blender or food processor until smooth.
4. Add shredded hard cheese to the chicken mousse, stir to combine.
5. Transfer the mousse to a pastry bag with a 16 mm diameter nozzle.
6. Moisten a work surface, glue a heat-resistant clingfilm onto it, cut it into 2 pieces.
7. Drop the sausages, 1 cm from the edge, onto the cling film. Roll up the sausages in the cling film.
Shape all of the sausages in this manner.
8. Place the sausages in hot water and boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
9. Transfer the sausages to cold water, remove the film from them.
10. Roast the sausages for a few minutes in vegetable oil or a mixture of vegetable and butter.
