Homemade (almost) Catalina Salad Dressing

Today’s recipe is a Catalina Salad Dressing from All Recipe. To me it didn’t taste like a Catalina but it is delicious and has become a favorite. This is great in pasta dishes, veggie salads, a dip for bread. I loved it over cucumber, tomatoes and onions. Even better when they marinated.
Ingredients
½ cup white sugar (I cut it back to 1/4 cup)
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup canola oil
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried celery flakes
½ teaspoon salt-free Italian seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash® Italian Medley)
Ingredients
Blend together sugar, red wine vinegar, canola oil, ketchup, paprika, onion powder, celery flakes, and Italian seasoning in a blender until smooth
