Might be a good idea to use some silicone caulking around the seem of the glass.this way it would make it some what water resistant. I can just see some one tipping over some water and saying bye bye PC.

Based on my experiences, that CPU cooler isn't enough.

Bad idea to use a "hollow" table as it may not be able to take the weight. Would be better to use a solid wood table instead.

I like this kind of desks. Two things worry me though. First the airflow and second how the heck do you clean this thing? I use to get my case out of the house and clean it brand new with an air blower. You just can't do this with a desk pc.
