very creative! in the future you may want to close all those angles better. 45 degrees divided by 1/2 is 22.5 degrees. if both pieces are cut the same, the welds can wrap all the way around the tubing. this will just make it stronger and can be sealed to reduce rusting from the inside out.
Putting the trottle on the frontbrake leaver is questionable but the thing seems so slow that you probably won't hurt yourself that way. Points for the frame if you get your angles right. Also, making us look at a welding frame for half an our is bad even on video. Besides, it wrecks your camera too. On the whole it looks a fun thing. Don't take it on the road.
Very well done Sir! Cool idea with the gearbox, they are easy to find. Try to let out almost all air in the tires, that makes the ride softer. Best regards, Helge
Hello friend, I wanted to know if you have the exact measurements of the quad bike or an average base of measurements or maybe you know where I can get them because I want to build my own motorcycle, it would be very helpful.
Thank you for your comment and suggestion! I'm glad you like my cars. A 4-seater truck would definitely be a fun project to work on in the future. I appreciate your feedback!
Can't really see how the suspension in the back works. The distance between the sproket on drive shaft and transmission will vary when going over bumps..or will it? I can't really see how it works.
