Today in this video i am gonna show you how I made bldc gearbox for rc car.
Homemade BLDC gearbox | 2212 1400kv Brushless Motor Gearbox. This is very first video on youtube with details that show you how to make bldc gearbox for rc crawler, rc 4wd car, rc truck.
I bought old gearbox from scrap market. Or you can extract nice gearbox from old broken toys. And all the electronics i have used are familiar to you but still you have any doubt or confusion then ask me on my instagram handle. Link to instagram is given below.

3 stage gear box

Gear ratio - 1: 27.9
.
1st pinion input - 14 teeth
2nd gear - 36 teeth
2nd sub gear - 9 teeth
3rd gear -27 teeth
3rd sub gear - 8 teeth
4th gear final drive - 29 teeth
.
Input RPM - 15000 (1400Kv Bldc)
Output RPM - 537.6
