Candied fruits can be made with different fruits and in different shapes, sizes and colors, they can be prepared and stored for a long time, they can be marinated in liquor and they can turn a little pale but they do not lose their color and are much richer in your desserts and breads.
After the fruits are ready, they should be stored in tightly covered jars at room temperature to be used when desired and they will maintain their flavor, aroma, texture and color for a long time.
