Gluten-free roasted makhana seasoned with cheese powder
INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHEESE POWDER:
Processed cheese cubes - 4
Rice Flour/maida/cornflour - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
CHEESE MAKHANA:
Makhana/Foxnuts/Lotus Seeds - 1 Cup
Cheese Powder - As required
Oil/Ghee - 2 tbsp
puffed lotus seeds spiked with cheese to stave off those hunger pangs. Roasted cheese Makhana is a snack high in protein so take a swap, and move over popcorn.
