After all the struggle and heartbreak Jamie has gone through with the loss of his restaurants. I admire him for still putting so much energy and love into these videos. He genuinely cares about making the world a better place through food. When he says "this will make you happy" you can see in his eyes that really means something to him.

I think Jamie is amazing , every time I cook anything I simply google Jamie Oliver Chicken and rosemary and the best recipe ever , with Jamie pops up ...he is my answer to every day cooking!!! Love the live you tube at home , with all the COVIT 19 going on, except I always miss the live

If you don't have a food processor just buy ground nuts like ground almonds, then melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan, then add all the other ingredients

Or crush the nuts, and then chop the chocolate and cut the butter into the flower like pastry! :)

I did it, I used about 150g of cocoa powder instead. I reduced the sugar to 150g (personal preference) and it turned out brilliant! OMG absolutely delicious and filling! We had it for lunch 😂

I have been eating cakes (not the ones with frosting) with yogurt since I was a little boy. When I share this, people just dont get it and I recommend them to give it a shot. It is so nice to see you served the cake with yogurt! It flows down so smoothly. Yummm.

Also recommend using wholemeal flour or 50/50 ( or spelt, coconut flours) AND raw sugar or coconut sugar to make it a little healthier and add some fibre

This is what makes Jamie awesome! He has soo much enthusiasm for food which is incredibly infectious. He makes it soo easy, you feel you can make whatever he's made in an instant you literally wanna get up n make it straight away!! Which other chef does this? No one but Jamie!!
