Homemade chocolate recipe, the bar of childhood.
This recipe is not a personal one. It is taken over, and very little modified.
The homemade chocolate in the wafer reminds me of my childhood. My mother used to make our homemade chocolate, but she didn't have a recipe, everything was done by eye. But it didn't always turn out the same either. Sometimes the perfect chocolate came out, other times it was soft and we had to eat it with a spoon from the tray. It wasn't a problem, it was always all consumed.
In this recipe, all attention must be paid to the syrup.
If you want a softer chocolate, to be served with a spoon, boil the syrup for 2 minutes less.
If you have a stove that, even at the minimum, works pretty hard, like mine in the video, you also need to boil the syrup for 1 minute less.
Milk powder and cocoa must be sifted.
Nuts, hazelnuts, and dried or fresh fruits can be added to the chocolate.
This chocolate bar can even be placed on platters alongside cakes.

- 1 wafer sheet
- 510g whole milk powder (26% fat)
- 50g cocoa
- 400g of sugar
- 200ml plain water
- 200g cold butter
