Easy and quick one-bowl Ciabatta bread. It takes 2,5 hours to make and you get really delicious bread with nice crumb and perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients:
260g (2 cups) - all-purpose flour
4g (1 1/3 tsp) - instant yeast
1 tsp - salt
220 ml - water (room temperature)
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients until wet and sticky dough. Leave for 30 minutes.
2. Stretch and fold the dough. Leave for 30 minutes.
3. Repeat the stretching and folding. Leave for 30 minutes.
4. Divede the dough into 3 pieces. Start preheating oven. Leave the loaves for
20-30 minutes.
5. Bake with steam for 20-25 minutes.
