Homemade Garam Masala in my Thermomix |

Here’s what you will need (makes 35 grams)
* ½ cinnamon stick
* 2 tablespoons coriander (dhania) seeds
* 2 tablespoons cumin (jeera) seeds
* 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
* 1 teaspoon cardamom (elachi) seeds or 1 tsp ground cardamom - I prefer to use whole spices
* 1 teaspoon fennel (soomph) seeds
* 1 teaspoon whole cloves
* 2 - 4 dried bay leaves, to taste or 2 - 4 dried curry leaves, to taste (I used 4 bay leaves)
