Ingredients:
- 180 g of milk chocolate
- 2 packs of cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 40 g of butter
- 30 g of raisins (nuts , marmalade , grated chocolate)
Preparation:
~ We prepare the curd mass. Mix cottage cheese, condensed milk, butter and raisins until smooth. If you want it sweeter or vice versa, taste it and add more or less condensed milk. You can also add grated chocolate, raisins, marmalade, and nuts to the filling to suit your taste. I added raisins.
~ We heat the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave with pulses (we heat it for 10-15 seconds, turn it off, mix it and so on until it melts).
We take silicone muffin molds and coat the walls and bottom with chocolate. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
~ Put the filling in molds with chocolate, cover with the remaining chocolate on top (if you have it frozen during this time, melt it a little more) and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. The finished cheeses are perfectly removed from the silicone mold.
