When i was 4 or 5 years old(1965?) i saw Kelloggs puffed wheat and sugar pops coming out of a metal cannon tube about as big as a grain auger on a combine harvestor . Inside the factory was like a giant clean space astronaut movie to me . Sorry , but i did not figure it out to tell you exactly how it worked . 1. very hot . 2. Shot out like a cannon continuously . 3. Maybe look that up .
THANK YOU FOR KNOWLEDGE VERY GOOD IDEA THANK YOU AGAIN SIR YOU ARE GREAT HERE KARISHNA I ALSO MAKE IN INDIA IN DELHI BUT I BLAST IN ROOM YOUR IDEA IS VERY GOOD
Hi! Thank you for sharing your video. But I would like to know if there is another way, a little more traditional to do this at home without this machine and can take more time for example through the pressure cooker and then put in the oven to dry ?
The little chinese ones look like they use clear ge silicone window door all purpise caulk . The $12 per tube kind . Not painter caulk . It has a seal . Thats what it looks like they used and they called. It silicone it will stick to metal . Like a sliding patio door frame to the cement floor for years . Its dangerous to build a cirn grain cannon . They use thick stainless steel i heard . . I can't tell you anything for sure i might buy a little one frkm amazon to try first ..
How would you open it ? No i think a bean cooker gas a hole in the top with loose top wobbling and puffing as it is used for regulating the pressure safely .and it is not good to plug it up .
Paul, great video. You mentioned you saw a video once but were unable to find it again, that showed a grain puffer being rotated by machine.....ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5xhHUmCA80Q.html and also, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2g_BSC4ikPY.html.
