I am a railfan and this is a homemade toy train on which i am working since last 6 months. Fully indigenous loop design and coach arrangement. I did a trial and recorded this video. In this trial video speed, hauling capacity and alignment can be seen tested. complete construction is yet to be done and once finishing complete, will upload the same. It seems you have used 775 motors to give thrust to climb the gradient. How many such motors you have used in the drive. Also let me know the in between spacing for the rails. You have used lots of bolts and nuts and also the solid pillars support for the entire set up. Might have consumed quite a good spending.

Very true. Took around an year to complete and yes spending was a little handful. Although i used to do it only in my free time. Rail spacing is 60mm. All the threaded rods are meant to keep the rails parallel. Also since i curved all the rails using my hands and no mechanical help, it was not exactly same. So more bolts required in the round sections. Totl of 4 motors are enough for loop climb. Pillars are of same material as of rails, 5X25 solid aluminum.
