Homemade Lat Pulldown Machine Review 

I've made this same exact machine and many other things thanks to your videos when my gym closed due to Covid in 2020 and am still using it. Never went back to the gym and saved a lot of time and money since then. Thank you so much!

I have this same machine you should try putting like small foot sized blocks at your feet when you are doing the row sitting down it'll give you a little more extension when you're rowing
