Homemade Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 roll of mild pork sausage (or Italian)
3 slices of bread
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or less dependent on your spice level)
Seasonings: (season to your taste, I suggest at least 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of Lawry’s seasoning salt - and a pinch of black pepper! However, if you like more add more! If you like less, add less!)

Red Wine Pasta Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of red wine
2 tsp tomato paste
1 jar of pasta sauce (I used Prego traditional sauce, but choose your favorite!)
1 can of tomato sauce (29 oz)
2-3 tsp of brown sugar(dependent on how sweet you like your sauce!)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 box or 8 oz spaghetti noodles
Shaved Parmesan cheese (block cheese is best!)
